Assalam o alaikum, this is Sameer Abbas from class 10-E. I’m conducting my 3rd interview for the BLA blog. Today, I have the honor of interviewing our disciplinary incharge, Sir Adeel Khan.
Sameer: How are you, sir? Sir Adeel: I’m fine, Alhamdulillah.
Sameer: How long have you been working here at BLA? Sir Adeel: I have been here since 2022, so this is my second year.
Sameer: What areas are you currently responsible for? Sir Adeel: My responsibilities include maintaining discipline, overseeing security, and handling some administrative tasks in the school.
Sameer: Can you share your experience of your time here so far? Sir Adeel: It’s been a positive experience overall.
Sameer: Are you content with your duties and role? Sir Adeel: Yes, I am content with my duties. This responsibility has been entrusted to me by the management, and I’m pleased with it.
Sameer: What is your educational background? Sir Adeel: I am a graduate and I also pursued studies in MBA, although I did not complete it.
Sameer: What aspirations did you have for your career? Sir Adeel: My aspiration was to achieve success through dedicated efforts.
Sameer: Do you have any individuals who inspire you or serve as role models? Sir Adeel: In sports, my inspiration is the one and only Shahid Afridi. In life, my role model is my father.
Sameer: Could you share any significant memories from your time at BLA School? Sir Adeel: Certainly. One great memory is from last year, in 2022, when I accompanied the 10th-grade students on a memorable trip to Bhambore.
Sameer: Are there any valuable lessons, morals, or advice you would like to share with the students? Sir Adeel: Absolutely. I’d like to emphasize that discipline and effective time management are the keys to achieving your goals in life. Without these, success is hard to attain. Additionally, it’s important to treat everyone with respect and maintain a positive demeanor in all interactions.
Sameer: Thank you for your insights. Goodbye! Sir Adeel: Thank you, and goodbye!
