Teaching, Dreams, and Beyond: Insights from Miss Mudassir Raza Bhutta

Assalam o alaikum, here is Sameer Abbas from class 10th E. Today is 25th August 2023. This is my first interview for the BLA blog.

Who’s interview I am gonna take today?

Gratefully, I have the opportunity of interviewing my class teacher Miss Mudassir Raza Bhutta.

Sameer: How are you?

Miss Mudassir: I am fine very well.

Sameer: Since how many years have you been teaching in BLA?

Miss Mudassir:  I have been teaching since the year 2007. This is my 17th session or batch.

Sameer: Which classes are you teaching nowadays?

Miss Mudassir: I am teaching grade 9 Pakistan Studies and Global Citizenship, grade 10 Pakistan Studies and Global Citizenship, and grade 11 only Global Citizenship.

Sameer: Which was the best class of your teaching career in BLA?

Miss Mudassir: My best class or batch was the 2019-20 one in my whole teaching career in BLA.

Sameer: How has your career been?

Miss Mudassir: I love my profession a lot and I love teaching. Also I love interacting and working with my students. They are like my second family, and teaching seems to me like my passion.

Sameer: Is the duty of teaching great and fun?

Miss Mudassir: It is the combination of both of them.

Sameer: Are you happy with the duty of teaching?

Miss Mudassir: I feel honoured and overwhelmed in this duty of teaching. And I think Allah has chosen this as my career.

Sameer: What are your specialized subjects in BLA and your qualifications?

Miss Mudassir: My qualification is that I am a Masters in Islamic Studies and Computer Technology, whereas I teach Global Citizenship and Pakistan Studies in BLA.

Sameer: What was your dream job?

Miss Mudassir: I wanted to become an aeronautical engineer but unfortunately, didn’t score enough marks.

Sameer: Any inspiration or role models?

Miss Mudassir: My inspiration is the one and only Father of Pakistan Quaid-e-Azam, because of  the way he worked and the way he was passionate about his dream and at last made a Muslim country Pakistan. My role model is none other than our Last Prophet Muhammad (S. A. W).

Sameer: Any great memories in BLA School?

Miss Mudassir: I have many memories attached to BLA. I had great memories that I shared with my alumni students. Also important, is the memory of Ormara Beach picnic with the batch 2022.

Sameer: Any lessons, morals or kind words to students?

Miss Mudassir: I want to give a lesson to students that they should focus on their career, and should have a idea about what they want to become in future. Also students should be serious in their studies. And they should want to learn new skills and education. In the end, I want to convey a moral that a student should also be a good human being.

Sameer: Any questions?

Miss Mudassir: How do you manage your studies and how can you study in van?

Sameer: I usually manage my studies so that I can save time for myself for home, and usually I only do maths work in van to have a low burden or overcome the burden on me at home. Thank You! Bye!
